Q: What should I do with my packaging when I have finished with it?
A: All of our packaging is pre-cycled, recycled or recyclable. The best thing to do with your packaging is re-use it. We would love to hear from you about your creative packaging uses. If you are not feeling creative please recycle your Beauty Kitchen packaging along with the rest of your household recycling.

Q: Can I return my old packaging to the Beauty Kitchen to be re-used?
A: We can reuse some of the packaging in products and we will always find creative uses for the bits that we can't reuse.

Q: What does 'Wild-crafted' ingredients mean?
A: Wild-crafted ingredients are herbal supplements that are processed from plants gathered in the wild, in its natural habitat. When wild-crafting is done sustainably with proper respect, generally only the branches or flowers from plants are taken and the living plant is left, or if it is necessary to take the whole plant, seeds of the plant are placed in the empty hole from which the plant was taken. Care is taken to only remove a few plants, flowers, or branches, so plenty remains to continue the supply.

Q: Why aren't Beauty Kitchen products either Soil Association or Fair Trade approved?
A: Quite simply to make the products great value to you. All of our ingredients are natural/organic and are from reliable sources. The same ingredients from 'approved associations' are significantly more expensive and quite often not as local as our source.

Q: Are Beauty Kitchen products BUAV approved and suitable for Vegans?
A: All of our products are suitable for Vegans (except the Wonder Balms, Cleansing Balm & Handbag Beauty Balm as they contain beeswax) and we are looking into getting official BUAV and Vegan Society approvals.

Q: Are all of your products tested & compliant with EU regulations?
A: Yes, all products are independently assessed & certificated for safety, stability & compatibility.
